Mike Pelletier:
50 years in this field is somewhat amazing.

Carole Keating:
50 is a huge milestone.

Salvatore Russello:
The life science industry has been transformed over the last 50 years. Really, why we're here today, and a big component of what's made us successful is our focus on community, culture, and legacy. It really starts by surrounding yourselves with great people.

Thomas C. Evans, Jr.:
And a wonderful work environment. Employees want to come in and do their job, hang out with your friends, and make an impact on the world.

Mike Pelletier:
The founding values that Don Comb instilled in the company on day one, I see them really as the foundation, why the company's been so successful.

Thomas C. Evans, Jr.:
The goal from the beginning was to create a successful company that would continue to exist well into the future.

Levi Rogers:
I think the reason why our values have been so powerful is because they are authentic, passion, humility, and being genuine.

Andrew Bertera:
For me, the greatest thing is actually to live out the legacy, the vision that Don created.

Thomas C. Evans, Jr.:
Don always had clever ideas. He really was a scientist at heart.

Carole Keating:
And he was passionate about that right up until he sadly passed away a few years ago, and he had the opportunity into his 90s of being able to do basic research.

Don Comb:
I think the main thing will be, instead of trying to build a drug against every genetic disease, someday we'll be changing the DNA back to the normal, and I think we'll play a big role in that.

Sir Richard Roberts:
I always thought this was something really wonderful that Don produced.

Lana Saleh:
I think it's just going to be a small number in the number of years that we're going to be able to keep going.

Salvatore Russello:
We've managed to continue to reinvent the business over the years to ensure we stay true to our commitment to life science reagents, but also as the industry evolved over decades to make sure we continue to have that focus on innovation and on opening up those new scientific avenues for our customers.

Thomas C. Evans, Jr.:
We've been doing those things for the last 50 years, and we'll continue to do it for the next 50 years.

Salvatore Russello:
To help really enable a whole new generation of life scientists.
