Salvatore Russello:
New England Biolabs has been at the forefront of enabling the life science community for five decades.

Nicole Nichols:
We were there at the beginning, science for scientists, regardless of who you are.

Andrew Bertera:
Ultimately, I think NEB's success is being staying true to its values, passion, humility, and being genuine.

Carole Keating:
Ideas come from everywhere within the company and throughout the globe and all our operations. Many of them have actually been implemented across the entire company.

Salvatore Russello:
To be a company that prides itself on taking care of its employees, we really put ourselves in a position on having senior management that's very accessible. We need to create an environment that is open and transparent and allows people to be themselves and to be their whole selves and bring their whole selves to work. And one of the ways we do that is by holding on to great employees and supporting them to do the things they need to do.

Nicole Nichols:
It's really the ability to be heard. It's the ability to be welcomed into the conversation and integrating all of that information together and increase your understanding of the world around you. That's what science at its heart does.

Andrew Bertera:
It's a great feeling knowing that your enzymes, the relationships, the scientific support have made some contribution to advancing science into areas we've never dreamt about.

Salvatore Russello:
NEB serves tens of thousands of life science customers around the world.

Carole Keating:
Half of our customers are outside the US, so we've built fully owned subsidiary offices.

Salvatore Russello:
Located in Canada.

Carole Keating:
UK, France, Germany,

Salvatore Russello:
Australia.

Carole Keating:
Singapore.

Salvatore Russello:
South Korea, Japan, and China, as well as a large network of international distributors.

Carole Keating:
We can get our products just about anywhere.

Nicole Nichols:
Products involved in cloning, DNA amplification, the next generation sequencing, RNA, and protein analysis and characterization, that ability to pivot and be flexible as we handle and support customers who are super small and start up and nimble, but even customers who are very sophisticated while also caring for each other and our environments and greater society. And it's somehow blending that all together in a way that's interesting and fun.

Carole Keating:
The key thing for us is, anywhere in the world is, getting the products to the customer as quickly as possible, as well as providing support for them that is the highest quality that it gets their experiments done.

Salvatore Russello:
NEB was founded in 1974 by Don Comb. Don, true to his vision, wanted to build a different kind of company, really make it a place that speaks to people's souls.

Carole Keating:
Don was larger than life. He had a very compassionate spirit.

Andrew Bertera:
I think the greatest thing is actually to live out the legacy, the vision that Don created...

Salvatore Russello:
By doing great science and really making the best possible product we can to help really enable a whole new generation of life scientists.
