TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase is necessary to participate. This promotion is open only to life science professionals 21 years or older who reside in the United States (“US”). Healthcare professionals may not participate in this promotion. New England Biolabs, Inc. (“NEB”) employees, contractors, officers, agents, or any family member of such may not participate in this promotion. Eligible participants (“Participant(s)”) must register on the neb.com website and complete the required form during the promotion’s duration to receive the Promotional Item.  

By registering, Participant represents that Participant is not prohibited by law, regulation, contract, policy, or employment from participating in this promotion and, as applicable, from receiving the Promotional Item from NEB. A federal government employee may only receive an aggregate of $50 USD in promotional items from NEB during any calendar year. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Offer void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, local law or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply. Determination of eligibility and validity of Participant registration and receipt of the Promotional Item is at NEB’s’ sole discretion.  

DURATION: This promotion ends on December 31 2023 at 8:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time or until Promotional Items are depleted, whichever comes first.  

PROMOTIONAL ITEM: Each Participant will choose to receive either  an NEB-branded coffee mug, value estimated at $10 USD, or a $25 USD tisbest.org gift card,  which can be redeemed at tisbest.org to support your charitable cause  (“Promotional Item”). There is a limit of one Promotional Item per Participant. 

OTHER TERMS & DISCLAIMERS: NEB reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. NEB reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to extend the duration of the promotion or to cancel the promotion.
